Not unless you have the QF or other oneworld status to get you into the First Lounge, no. You'll only have access to the Business Lounge.

Considered doing first from Sydney-HK-New York? You will enjoy immensely the QF first in Sydney followed by CX first in Hong Kong. The "first" class lounge in New York will be very underwhelming, not worth it.
