I am going to assume you are talking about the number in which case no you can only have one active call coming in on that number at a time.
Once in the call you can add more people to the call if needed.
If you want multiple lines then you need to look at Skype for Business which in Australia can be found from MS Office 365 Subscriptions directly or from iiNet.
Expect to pay ~$7 per user.

Another possibilty App wise is Line which is very poular in Japan , i use it more than Skype and its mobile to mobile and free as long as you have Wi Fi
