Anyone having on China Airlines having same experience as me ? No response after filed complaint on the bad inflight service paid on business class ?

Hey Lowe - I don't have any feedback for you, however Im just about to buy a business class ticket with China Airlines Auckland to Brisbane. How bad was your experience?

Sorry for late reply. I bought this ticket through a travel agent in Tokyo and my flights is TYO-TPE-SIN and return. 2days ago I was on the return flight SIN-TPE and the flight was not full on business class. As expectd, need to request twice for an additional pillow and treated as we were on LCC . Even thiugh I am an Emerakd member and supposed to be treated VIP and welcome you on oard but the make chief CA was pulling a long face and NO greetings too. More friendly to caucasian and Taiwanese ONLY

Did you purchase the ticket as part of QF codeshare and expected QF service standards? ;)

QF does not codeshare with CI on AU-NZ flights.
There is nothing in Lowe's question that indicated he/she was flying trans-tasman. As such my question assumes the SYD/TPE service, where Lowe had purchased a ticket with Qantas.
I ruled out the possiblity that Lowe had purchased a SYD/TPE ticket with China Airlines and complained, on the basis that the probability of knowingly purchasing a China Airlines ticket, while expecting a good service is low, since it is plainly obvious that China Airlines is a B rate carrier.
I purchased with a travel agent but if you are Emerald member suppose to enjoy better service but not true
