I have some flights booked this week on EK using QF points. Will my status be reflected on my boarding pass? I have only this weekend moved to WP and won't have my card in time so was hoping I could default to my boarding pass. Also will the boarding pass reflect my new status?

Yes, your status should be shown on your boarding pass and should be updated quickly. This also should not be a problem at lounges and if questioned, you can simply explain what's happening.
I'm assuming you were a Gold in which case you should take that card just in case.
What benefits/airports are you wanting/visiting?

Thanks, more for using the EK F lounge in Dubai etc which as a WP I believe I can use.
