Reciprocal privileges for QF Plat flying Jetstar int'l?

I have to race overseas on very short notice, and I'm flying JQ out of Melbourne.

I've never been O/S with Jetstar before; as a QF Platinum travelling in Y-class, can I expect to be eligible for check-in at the JQ Business Class counter + receive an Express Path card?

I've flown JQ domestic a few times, and note they include the code 'HVC' (High Value Customer) when I've been on QF Platinum tier. Does this carry any tangible meaning whatsoever?

Has anyone had actual on-the-ground experience with this? My web readings would suggest limited reciprocal privileges for a QF on JQ, but looking for someone who's blazed the trail before.

Many thanks!

I have flown JQ International a few times as QF Platinum, really the only benefit is lounge access, where a QF lounge is available.  But apart from that the only time I have received Business Class Check in and Express path was when I fly J with them.
