Do Scoot biz class pax have any lounge access rights at Singapore airport ?

I don't believe so, but paid-access lounges are quite ubiquitous at Singapore Changi.

Check the list at http://www.prioritypass.com/lounges/lounge-details.cfm, there are a few lsted for each terrminal - you can either join PP to access them or just search for more info on each of those third-party lounges to see what their one-off charges are.

I've only "sort of" used the SATS premier lounge in T1 (by sort of, I mean I only paid to shower which included a complimentary juice box). I've also used the T1 transit hotel for both the hotel and the pool/gym/shower.

I haven't used any paid-access lounges in T3 unfortunately, which I believe is the terminal Scoot uses. Though, SATS has lounges in every terminal.

Peter's right - Scoot passengers have no lounge access rights, not even to SQ lounges, but there are paid lounge facilities at Changi's T2 terminal which Scoot uses. I don't think Scoot passengers have much rights at all :)
