I was in Singspore last night, Qantas lounge, and asked for a Singapore Sling (while tacky, I find it quite nostalgic).
The answer surprised me, which was that they don't offer Singapore Slings anymore! Took a few seconds for this to process, but finally was told that as it was an SQ signature cocktail that mngt had instructed them they could not offer it anymore...go figure.
Yes, I experienced this situation last December. At the time they said it was a problem with the supplier of the cherry liqueur. Given the time that has elapsed since then, perhaps they have since abandoned them... which is a great shame given how nice they were.

Disappointing...but I can highly recommend the Old Fashioned and they make a pretty good vodka martini!
