I'm taking QF 140 from Auckland to Sydney and then QF 11 to LAX. What should I do first considering I don't have a lot of time in the QF SYD F Lounge. Also do I access the QF F lounge at AKL if I take QF 11 in F?
QF11 arrives 7.40am, QF departs 10am – allowing for transit from QF11 plus boarding for QF10 you've got 60-90 minutes in the lounge (First Class travellers usually get a personal visit from the lounge's First host when it's time to board, down to maybe the last 50 passengers if I recall).
As you're in QF11 first class you should get a call from Qantas the day before your flight to book a spa appointment (so make sure your booking has your contact number in NZ), so you can cross that of your list and then work around the timing of the appointment. Basically all that's left is to enjoy the food and drink, although you'll be limited to the breakfast menu (see this article, which also includes a download link for the menu PDF).
The excellent and very popular Salt & Pepper Squid is available only from 11am (ditto the Club Sandwich) but if the lounge isn't madly busy and you ask nicely the staff may be able to prepare one of these for you (usual caveats apply).

Book a spa appointment first if you haven't already been contacted to do so prior.
