Is it better to get a oneworld frequent flyer or qantas card? I don't fly many airlines apart from them, so I figure I'll get more out of sticking to there card. Does oneworld have more features?

Thanks!

OneWorld isn't a card (or even a program you join as such) -- it's just an umbrella name for a collection of airlines who let you use your points with one airline to buy tickets with another airline.

It's not quite as good as it sounds -- if you already have frequent flyer cards set up with a few different airlines in the OneWorld alliance, you can't transfer or pool all your points from the different airlines to buy tickets, either -- you can only use points from one airline to buy tickets from another airline.

However, you can choose to earn points with your choice of airline when flying with another airline in the alliance -- so, if you flew with British Airways, you could choose to have the points credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account. You can read more about it here.. http://www.oneworld.com/ow/ffp/earning-and-redeeming-miles

Oh -- I should also mention that the other big aspect of OneWorld is that if you have a higher status with one airline, this status level transfers over to all the other airlines in the alliance too, which means you get access to their lounges, frequent flyer point earning bonuses, etc.
