Anyone have any ideas when we're likely to see the 787-9 on it's domestic bed in flights - and if anyone has picked up any seats on them yet?
I assume they will probably be sometime around November / December next year, but would be interested in any specifics people have, with the aim of nabbing a domestic sector on one.
Qantas hasn't released any details on this but our expectation is that the Dreamliners will run on both the east coast triangle (between Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne) and east-west flights from November.
I've been looking at lots of flights in Nov and Dec and haven't seen the 787 as a listed aircraft - doubt they'd put it on without announcing it first.
