Hi, I'm booked to fly QF7 at the end of May, with a Qantas-ticketed through-connection to Miami. Arrival times have been rejigged a couple times in the past 4 weeks so now it's scheduled for 1pm into Dallas. However, now the connection onto AA1294 has changed to a 2:30pm departure (was 4:40pm before). Any tips on transiting quickly at DFW, or am I really pushing against time to make it happen?

Thanks in advance for any tips.

If this is on a single PNR (which sounds like it is from the way you've described the situation), QF/AA will protect you. There will be AA agents in purple vest at the arrivals gate of the QF flight, handing out orange OW Fast Track passes to select passengers, like yourself to expedite transfer through US immigration and customs to make the connection.

If that fails, AA will re-book you on a later flight to MIA. There should be at least 2- 3 more flights for the rest of the day to MIA from DFW.

Yes single PNR, thanks for the reply. I will look out for the OW fast track cards.
