Has anybody else noticed that if an employee upgrades using their own personal QF Frequent Flyer points on QF domestic flights the business rewards account is not being credited the QF Business Rewards full points allocation even for the original booking class/purchase?

Eg: Per/Mel sector normally nets 435 QF Business Rewards points for a red deal purchase. But if an employee successfully upgrades to J using their own personal points the business only nets 131 reward points for the same sector. Originally this was on our activity statements as accruing 0 points until I emailed them about it.

I would've expected similar to what occurs with personal QF FF points, that the business earns the rewards points based on the original booking/purchase? Not to be reduced as a result of what is a personal employees discretion to utilise their own FF points balance to seek an upgrade of class?
