Some brief news for our Community: Qantas passengers can now book QF codeshare flights from Santiago to both Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro aboard LATAM Brazil (JJ), formerly TAM Airlines: a member of the Oneworld airline alliance.
These are in addition to the existing codeshare arrangements with LATAM Chile (LA) between Santiago and Sao Paulo, adding Rio to the codeshare network.
Qantas flies from Sydney to Santiago four times per week using a Boeing 747-400 aircraft, with passengers able to connect onwards to these South American destinations - and more - via LATAM.
