Hi all, I am travelling wtih a friend through Singapore next month. We are both on the same Finn air flight, however, her ticket was bought with AY while mine is QF. Does this qualify as 'same flight' rule for her to be able to access the lounge as my guest? I am QF Gold btw.

Thanks

"We are both on the same Finnair flight" - you just answered your own question. It's same flight, not same booking. :)

For oneworld lounge access the rules are the cardholder must be on a "oneworld operated and marketed flight" and you can bring one guest who also needs to be traveling on a "oneworld operated and marketed flight"

There is no requirement for you to be traveling on the same flight just as long as you both meet the conditions of oneworld operated and marketed. The same flight rule is a strange Qantas thing and the Oneworld rules actually overrule the Qantas rules when it's a oneworld flight.

The Qantas rules still apply when accessing the lounge on a Jetstar or Emirates flight but that's a bit different.

In Singapore you'll have the choice of British Airways Lounge, Qantas lounge or the Dnata Skyview Lounge (you can visit one or even all of these options).
