So Qantas appears to fail at basic principles of business continuity planning. NZ Qantas office in emergency evacuation so Qantas Business Rewards call centre routed to clueless offshore call centre (suggesting calling the number that redirected to them...). Really? Staff have no access to any of the QBR systems? Maybe in the 1990s this was a thing, but today?
