It's now a self administered rapid test on day 5. Day 1 is the day you arrive. You are supposed to upload your result to the Morchana tracing app but there is actually no facility in the app to do this.
I did a test and took a photo of the result so I would have it to show if asked.
I've heard you can ask your hotel to load the result but I didn't bother and I was never asked about the test.
I was returning to Singapore on day 8 so I had to have a supervised rapid test in any case.

When does counting towards Day 05 start in Thailand? Does counting begin upon landing - or when you leave your Isolation hotel?
And do you still have to PCR Test if you are departing on Day 05..?
