VA needs to stay full service. The Virgin brand is great, and I think it should stay, it just needs to be tweaked. But, they are right when they say they've lost the “fun”. Virgin America and Virgin Atlantic were/are fun airlines. VA's staff are great, so utilise that. Make it different to Qantas...
