Im flying JETSTAR ASIA 3K1679 Singapore to Penang from Terminal 4 in Changi. Is there any way I can access the Qantas Business Lounge or BA Lounge in terminal 1 prior to the flight. Has anyone been able to use the lounge since Jetstar moved all their flights to T4?
