The most important concept for QANTAS to grasp,now ,  is that there must be that  POINT OF  DIFFERENCE in economy seating for Long Haul Routes . Nine abreast seating is just NOT ON for Long Haul Flights  on B787 A/C.

QANTAS must have a point of difference ,and 9 abreast in Economy is NOT the way to travel from Melbourne to Dallas,or any other long haul sector .The QANTAS Board should resist the "bean counter" push for seat cramming ,and really offer a great product .Then the passengers will come back .Geoff.
