I wonder how big in numbers was the backlash? Could it be generally unhappy QF customers also reacting to poor service?

Thanks for the update David. Pleased to hear the 747 has retired as it wasn't the most comfortable overnight flight.

Haneda is a good option for some people and not for others. Have QF decided the type of aircraft they will use?

It was a novelty to start with then as time goes on Zoom/Teams meetings become less frequent and communication lessens. I have found even email traffic has fallen. Flying from HK/LHR in Sep17 and looked at the booking online. I was surprised it is going to cost approx $140 per person each direction. I am travelling with my 13 year old son and didn't really want to be split up when travelling but nearly $600 seems expensive?

If you can book reward flights in business but have the last leg in economy and are travelling in Oct17 Syd/Lon is it likely that a business seat for the last would become available in the future? Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
