Hi All, What is the best way to buy 200k Skywards points. I was looking at buying spg points and then transferring but I see there is an annual limit. Any info much appreciated

I’m just wondering is there anyway I can transfer/swap my Qantas points to Emirates points. I understand they are Partners but I cannot use my Qantas points to upgrade on Emirates flight etc.
