  • What's next for the Qantas, Emirates lounges at Auckland?

    I was declined entry very rudely at the Emirates lounge on 3 October. Was told to use the Qantas lounge and that Qantas Gold entry into the Emirates lounge was not automatic and would not be granted to me. Is that normal?
