If it is available, the option to book it should appear on your bookings page. Under the heading Customise your journey there is a picture and heading Chauffeur Drive. Clicking here will allow you to book. It only appears if you have access to it. Otherwise, as above, give them a call.

I’m a Gold QFF traveling back on QF2 from London in first. Am I right to think I could also use the Emirates Lounge in Terminal 3? If so, is this the best option?

Hi, I saw on Saturday night a heap of Emirates FF award flights appear for selection. They now appear to have disappeared again. Does anyone know if a increase in flight rewards via Emirates will be available as part of the new agreement? Looking at LHR-Sydney 23/08/13.
