I've been waiting since July for my Velocity points and status credits from flights with Singapore Airlines Premium Economy. Three phone calls and still no points or status credits. I have lodged a complaint with consumer affairs W.A.

All Qantas staff (including management) need to take a pay cut. $4 an hour for a year adds up to 275 million $. They get paid more than any other airline. It's not hard. An apple is an apple but to pay someone $40 an hour to sell it instead of $30 you are not going to be in business long.
