Basically the money I paid the airlines didn't come with an expiration date, seems once it passed into their hands an expiration date was added to that currency. I flew them last year from IST/SFO one of several trips I've taken on TK both in B/C and E/Y. I've never been disappointed with their service nor food. They have been threatening to start flying to Australia, wish they would I'm a great fan TK.

The best choice for me at the moment (do this trip from SYD x4) has been either TG or CI. Quick connections and I'm at FCO 22 hours later.

I've flown both several times, the A350 wins hands down. Quiter more spacious feeling better windows plus better air. Hate the 787, has Cramped feeling really inconvenient window arrangement.
