I'm very comfortable booking SQ awards. But I've noticed, whilst there is a tab for searching Star Alliance and other partner airlines within the SQ app and online, these tabs never populate any options for *A or partner flights when requesting business class.
Does anyone know if I have to call SQ or is there a way of pre-searching another airline, such as ANA.
Yep. this has been frustrating me for the last 12 months whilst trying to book flights. Not sure why either. Perhaps partners aren't releasing in a timely manner?
I just looked again last night and got a message saying that they are upgrading the online partner redemptions. If you want to use a partner in the meantime, you need to ring.
