I caught a AF flight with QF code share 2 weeks ago and still haven’t been credited with the points and SCs. I’ve now lodged a missing points claim and they said to wait another 2 weeks.
Is this normal? Has anyone experienced this with AF/QF before? I am waiting for the SCs to get to gold so am already missing some benefits I should have already.

Yes, it can take some time for codeshare flights as they have to be manually checked.
