Hi All,
Looking at taking the SYD-AUK trip on the Emirates A380 in First - Does anyone know if this will count towards my QFF points ?

When booked as EK code - points yes, status credits no.
If possible to book under QF code - then status credits,
but I don't believe there are any QF codes on NZ flights despite recently getting NZ competition approval.

Moa999 is correct, Qantas has yet to open codeshares with Emirates on trans-Tasman routes. This could change in a few weeks though, see http://www.ausbt.com.au/qantas-emirates-gear-up-for-trans-tasman-flights where in late June a QF spokesman told AusBT they hoped codeshares would be "in about a month or so", so maybe in the next few weeks they will start codeshares and then you can book the EK flight under a QF number to get full points & status credits.
