I thought Qantas cash was a pre paid debit cash card. How come It allowed me to over draft in the card? And now I have some cash card call centre trying to chase me for the money ?!
You are right, Qantas Cash is a 'pre-paid' Debit Mastercard. The product does not have a credit/overdraft facility and I doubt it did overdraft, so ask them how and why. Also, it is best to be 100% sure it is really Qantas you are speaking to as I wouldn't be surprised if this is a scam. To be sure it isn't, ring Qantas Cash directly on 13 11 31 and ask them about it before sending anyone money. Hope I can be of help.
