Hi, I have booked 2 reward seats with Etihad through Velocity points in J BNE - SIN return. Does anyone know if we are entitled to Etihad's chauffeur service in Singapore?
A quick google search isn't showing anything useful. Thanks in advance!
Oh, and just quietly, can anyone inform me on how to post the question underneath the heading.. how embarrasing!
My Velocity redemption for Etihad business class for AUH-MLE is eligible for the complimentary chauffeur transfer. I would assume your booking is eligible as well.
The T&C are listed at the bottom of this page: etihad.com/en-au/experience-etihad/etihad-chauffeur/
However, you may need to ring the call centre to arrange the booking as the Etihad website appears to only allow online chauffuer bookings on tickets issued by Etihad.

In my experience the answer is no .only fully paid tickets receive the free chauffeur service
