USD accounts/credit cards - I'm sure this has been asked before so apologies in advance. Ideally I would love to be able to open a US bank account before I go for a few months but due to tax number / address restrictions I am unable to. Does anyone know of a supplier of pre-paid credit/debit cards either issued in Australia or in the States that I can apply for and then load with USD because I already have the USD funds.
