Hi Taylor,

This link might take awhile to be approved but I hope it helps.

It's hard to use Google image when you do not know what to look for, especially when the pictures are not well labelled!

The Qantas Business Lounge at Brisbane International looks like a domestic Qantas Club inside. I'll try and see if I have any photos of the place lying around, but basically it's a QP.

The good news is that it has showers, cold food, a barista service in the mornings and an all-day bar. Unfortunately, the all-day bar is literally the only thing about it that is better than the Domestic Qantas Club, because the following are missing:

  • pancake machine;
  • toastie machine; and
  • capacity for simultaneous SIN, HKG and LAX flights.

It is alright, but it's nothing special, except at 10:00 when it's heaving with the entire long-haul QFi premium passenger count of the day.

Unfortunately, it appears that I do not have any photos of the BNE QFi J lounge.

Hi Taylor,

The Qantas Brisbane Internatoinal terminal lounges are sadly pathetic and shame on Qantas.Like everything out side Sydney and to some extent Melboure just forget about it.So do not expect much at all Taylor.The Plat area is a small room to the left on entry.The main business lounge is an old style QF club lounge and is a true rellic of the past....in fact this lounge has never been renovated since they opened the entire terminal many years ago.

Taylor you did not say what time you were but a word of advise if you want a seat get there early as with in a couple of hours you have flights QF 8,51,15 all 747,s plus Emirates A380 all departing in quick time,transit pax,other pax with reciprocal rights ect.

Qantas badly need to upgrade this woe-full lounge ASAP at least to the standards and decor of the Sydney QF INT Lounge and get that company to operate the lounge in a similar manner.This lounge offers great views and has great potential.

I left via Brisbane for Singapore on Sunday morning and the front desk were continually asking people to take bags off seats so guests could sit down - yes a crowding issue in the mornings.

Per the earlier comments - this lounge and Auckland are very disappointing and it hurts to think they refit the Chairmans lounge in Melbourne, probably spending double what would be required to refit both BNE and AKL...
