Yes. All J passagers traveling on MH have access to oneworld lounges. I am not sure which is the best one in DXB.

Between May 1st and July 20th, Malaysia Airlines has shifted all services in & out of Dubai to DWC (Dubai - Al Maktoum) due to the ongoing runway maintenance/construction at DXB.

Yep, will complete travel by 23 April so definitely DXB.

Assuming you are using DXB (per answer 2 above), the best lounge in T1 is the DCA Dubai International Business Class Lounge, located between Gates C8 and C10. You will need to be a Priority Pass member to access this lounge. Failing this, next best is British Airways. It is OK, but the food is quite basic. Good luck if you are going through DWC. Ask the camels where the best lounge is!!
