I am travelling for business to the UK starting this weekend, in biz class on EY metal MEL-AUH-LHR-AUH-MEL. I qualify for Etihad Chauffeur, and our corporate agent has booked it, although I haven't yet heard from the provider to confirm pickup time.

Does anyone know who the provider is at either end, or can give me an idea of what kind of vehicle I should expect? And, should the driver be tipped?

I was VA passenger on EY doing the same. From what I understand you only get an email confirmation. 

Tho be wary I had a confirmation and they didnt turn up, VA ended up paying my Taxi fare to the airport. Luckily I didnt miss my flight! I didnt tip the driver but wasnt expected :)

From what I am lead to believe when talking tro a driver on a previous visit to MEL the company that provides that transfers is Brunels who are a partner in velocity also.
