I think their first priority will be to replace the 747s with Dreamliners, so SYD-SFO, BNE-LAX-JFK and other 747-serviced routes will be changed to the 787 first.
After that I think we'll see newer routes... perhaps BNE-DXB, PER-DXB, maybe MEL-SFO or an alternating secondary SFO service with MEL on some days and BNE on others. Perhaps the PER-SIN service would get upgauged to a 787 as well.
A wider variety of more frequent Asia services as well. I know that isn't specific but... well... that's very likely.
