No not yet, they are in the process of doing it now.

I very much doubt it. It'll most likely be opening in the next week or two.

At the very least I'll be able to enjoy it on my return trip then, and I'll have a longer transit time too. I just hope they'll be serving booze and real food (not just cliche breakfast food) in the morning.
