• I personally think NZ has the best hard product of all those carriers (direct aisle access, more comfortable bed, etc). I prefer their soft product too, but that's definitely something that is more personal preference.  And the AKL transit is a big winner for me too. 

  • 767's will be gone by April. As has been mentioned above, I think the 772's have still got a few years in them, so maybe FY18 or FY19 we'll see some announcements.

  • Firstly, it hasn't been confirm it's being ditched yet (although probably likely). Secondly, they have two premium economy products, so who's to say it isn't the new black chair as well as the overall food/service which won the award?     With the 767's being fully retired over the next 6-12 months, you'll see more of the 787 replacing those routes/flights.
