Feb 06, 2019, 07:26 PMHaha, I'm the same as you. Whilst I can appreciate it isn't the most private when in seat-mode, the flights to North/South America are overnight, so when in bed-mode, it's one of the most comfortable sleeps in the sky. And yes, the service and food are great too.

Aug 29, 2016, 06:37 PMI personally think NZ has the best hard product of all those carriers (direct aisle access, more comfortable bed, etc). I prefer their soft product too, but that's definitely something that is more personal preference. And the AKL transit is a big winner for me too.
