Security System Purchase
I will be spending almost an entire day in hongkong. Can you guys recommend a reliable place to buy commercial grade security system (cameras etc) and also a dashcam? BTW: I was offered Pyjamas flying Etihad J class without having to ask from BNE-AUH on both legs.

Apliu Street market or Golden Shopping Centre are the goto for electronics - but unsure if that includes CCTV/ dashcams.
On a flight that length I would expect PJs

Are you just buying some for yourself? Just go to Altronics in Virginia or another CCTV place when you return. Otherwise head into Shenzhen and visit the SEG Electronics market.

Wouldn't you be better off buying the equipment in Australia?
At least you would be assured of warranty. Most Australian retailers/distributors will not provide warranty or support for camera equipment & the like purchased overseas. Given you're looking for commercial grade equipment I wouid have thought that would be a major consideration.
