I'm travelling to Singapore and back to Sydney on QF this December. When we booked, the flights showed an old business seat, but a few months ago, it changed to a new configuration. A week ago though, it changed to an old config again. Has anyone else been in the same situation?? How often do Qantas change their flights 2 months before departure? Any help would be appreciated!

Pot luck! Anything can happen!

In many cases Qantas do make last minute aircraft changes, but don't rely on it.

If they (any airline for this merit) have multiply configuration of the same airplane, then do not even hope that you will have desirable seat configuration! They will not apologies and even do not tell you. Just walk in and if you see what you like then take it like a winning in lotto. It truly sux, but absolutely nothing can be done.

Anything can happen but on my QF flight in Sep, It showed the New business but changed to the old business and stayed that way. Also, a lot of QF's A330's have mostly been on BNE - HKG/SIN/NRT - BNE, so don't get your hopes up.
