We are looking at flying SYD to HND (Tokyo) on QF25...is this the updated business class product? And on that what are the Qantas 747's that haven't been reconfigured?

QF25 doesnt always see the refurbished product, but dont be too alarmed, only 2/11 747s have the old product.

Have a look at TheQantasSource on the Flight Tracker page. It shows QF25 operated by VH-OEB or VH-OJM on 8 days in the last 30. These are the 2 remaining in non-refurbished 747s.
Won't it be great when Qantas has completes its upgrades of A330s and 737s and gets rid of those two 747s, so customers aren't faced with a lucky dip! But then will come the A380 upgrades.
