Flying to AMS via DXB on EK with a QF ticket in April. As a Qantas Club member, I realise that I get access to lounges in MEL and DXB as I am travelling on a Qantas ticket but as a Qantas Club member, do I get access to a priority check-in queue in the EK check-in counter as I would if I were checking in with QF?

No the only benefits QF Club members get is Lounge Access and Extra Baggage.
You could try the Silver counter but the offical answer is no and so you will most likley be rejected and sent to the "back of the line".
