Anyone heard of the Untied website being sued by United? The case is in the courts this month. It's a former United pax who received very poor customer service and has decided to fight back by collating and publishing complaints from the public, including the name and contact details of the United execs, so that people with complaints can write directly to them. It has got fantastic stats on complaints. Worth a read. Google "untied" and "united".
