Does flying with Emirates but with QF flight number, count towards the 4 segment as required to upgrade to silver status?

Yes it would count if it's a QF flight number. This is basically treated as if it was a QF flight when it comes to points, SC and segments

Any flight where QF is the marketing carrier counts towards the required 4 QF flights for status.
eg, QF309 counts while AA72, which is the same aircraft, doesn't.
