We've no issue with users who make light-hearted posts, but as with all comments, keep them relevant to the topic and they won't be considered off-topic.

Thats the problem. We are all wondering what the QUESTION is. How about you have a 'QUESTIONS POLICY'. If people dont/cant ask a SUCCINCT QUESTION in the QUESTIONS SECTION, their post will be deleted. I feel this is relevant/adds value to the topic as it stands :)

We often delete questions that are blank or make no sense at all, although moa999 seems to have deciphered this question somewhat so we've chosen to leave it up.
Posts like this one do well to remind users to ask questions clearly and concisely, otherwise their question may indeed be removed – we dislike half-asked questions as much as you do. :)
