Has anyone experienced difficulties with QF using a voucher when making a booking with QF

What  it meant was that  it  was  impossible to manage your booking because  a message appeared  'the reservation is being processed'This message had be in situ for months

 I was on the phone  for 90 minutes last night trying to sort everything out

One flight we had booked  but wasnt even processed in their system nor the balance from the voucher applied to the booking nor was my credit card charged but we had received a Qantas E-Itinerary , Receipt and Tax Adjustment.

 But whislt  i was typing this two marvelous  ladies from the Premium Desk sorted everything out and i can tell you the suspense is no longer killing me !

The experience I have had recently has been that they have either not processed by check in time or they do take over a week to get through the process.
