Couple of weeks ago there was an article on this website and there was comment about change in Westpac Altitude points conversion rate to SQ Krisflyer points. Is that confirmed? I am card holder and so far I didn't receive any email with advise of this change.
Hi Banker, the changes were always confirmed (we don't report rumours and the like) – but you can verify these independently via the Westpac website (scroll down to Frequent Flyer Miles for details).
Altitude Rewards cardholders have apparently been advised via a notice on their monthly statement, so check your recent statements to see if you were notified.
