No they do not but if you are willing to pay then you can do so at the Skyteam Lounge, up to 2 hours access will set you back $77 and up to 5 hours would be $132.
Some Amex cards also allow for access to the Amex lounge and the easier way would be to search ausbt for the review which lists access requirements.
