Because you are paying for the higher level of service? Why would you expect an economy passenger paying possibly $800 return to be given lounge access free of charge?

Will be flying into LAX on Air NZ Business Class in June, connecting to Alaska Airlines First Class.Given the Alaska lounge doesn't have showers,any suggestions please of where I could get a shower in transit?

Quick question.Flying Delta economy on Tuesday through to Atlanta.I hold Velocity silver and know you can request an upgrade to Comfort plus at check in.In people's experience, does this normally clear without issue, provided they have the seats?
