You will accrue points when flying QF and quoting your Skywards FF number, not sure at what rate you will earn points however (cabin bonus, status bonus etc).

You'll be covered, Adnan, as Emirates tells us that you'll get Skyward miles (both redemption miles and tier miles) on all Qantas international flights: http://www.ausbt.com.au/emirates-skywards-tier-miles-earned-on-all-qantas-flights
