I'm considering booking a Air new zealand award ticket using one of their star alliance partners (United or ANA). Specifically the flight will be Sydney to Auckland. Since Air NZ offers multiple types of ticket from seat only to the works deluxe, what type of ticket will I be booked into?Also, is it better to book a larger or smaller aircraft?
If you book a larger aircraft you may find a business award if you want that, or premium economy which I actually prefer for Tasman. Smaller (a320,321) has no business and no PE. For an economy award, and this needs to be confirmed as I've never done it, I think you'll get a Works ticket (but not Works Deluxe).
